1. Service Description and Platform's Role
YolcuGo, operated by Yolcugo Teknoloji A.Ş. (MERSIS No: 0981165917800001, Address: Ovacık Mh. 4336. Sk. No:18/27 Gebze, Kocaeli), is an online intermediary platform that connects independent transfer and transportation suppliers with passengers. YolcuGo is not the party that directly provides the transfer service; transportation services are provided by independent suppliers on the platform, in their own name and on their own account. YolcuGo's role is limited to facilitating the reservation, payment, and customer communication processes through its technological infrastructure.

- The execution of transfer services, vehicle provision, and driver assignment are the responsibility of independent suppliers
- YolcuGo makes reasonable efforts to monitor the service quality of suppliers, but cannot be held directly responsible for the acts and omissions of suppliers
- The supplier who actually performs the transportation service is responsible for accidents, damages, delays, or service disruptions that occur during the journey
2. Terms of Use
By using the platform, you agree to the following conditions:
- You must be over 18 years of age
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes
- You acknowledge that transfer services are provided by independent suppliers, not by YolcuGo
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are made through the platform and finalized with a confirmation notification. Since drivers and vehicles are allocated in advance, late cancellations incur operational costs. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before transfer time: Full refund of the amount paid
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before transfer time: 75% refund of the amount paid
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before transfer time: 50% refund of the amount paid
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before transfer time: No refund
- Failure to appear at the pickup point at the designated time (no-show): No refund
- In case of documented flight cancellation or significant delay: Full refund or free date change
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined based on the transfer route, vehicle type, and additional services. Displayed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Special pricing agreements can be arranged for corporate clients.
5. Limitation of Liability
YolcuGo is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the actual execution of the transfer service. The limitations of liability are as follows:
- Transfer services are provided by independent suppliers. The supplier who actually performs the transportation service is responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss/damage of belongings, delays, or service disruptions that may occur during the journey
- YolcuGo applies reasonable supervision mechanisms to improve the service quality of suppliers; however, this supervision does not impose liability on YolcuGo for the acts and omissions of suppliers
- Responsibility for driver conduct, vehicle condition, traffic violations, and road safety lies exclusively with the supplier
- YolcuGo's responsibility is limited to the technical operation of the platform, the security of payment processes, and the provision of customer communication
- Neither YolcuGo nor the supplier can be held responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures, epidemics, strikes, etc.)
- YolcuGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of business, missed connecting transfers, etc.) arising from any transaction made through the platform
- YolcuGo's maximum liability in all cases shall not exceed the service fee received for the relevant reservation
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of YolcuGo. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Modifications
YolcuGo reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the consumer may apply to provincial or district consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits applicable on the date of application, and to consumer courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
