1. Service Description

YolcuGo provides corporate clients with an online platform for planning, booking, and managing airport transfers, intercity and intracity transfer services.

2. Terms of Use

By using the platform, you agree to the following conditions:

• You must be over 18 years of age
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are made through the platform and confirmed with a confirmation notification. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• 24 hours before transfer time: Free cancellation
• 12-24 hours before transfer time: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Less than 12 hours before transfer time: Full fee may be charged
• In case of flight cancellation: Free cancellation with documentation

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined based on the transfer route, vehicle type, and additional services. Displayed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Special pricing agreements can be arranged for corporate clients.

5. Limitation of Liability

YolcuGo takes utmost care to ensure transfer services are delivered on time and safely. However, it cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of YolcuGo. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Modifications

YolcuGo reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
