This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the SERVICE RECIPIENT before the purchase of services, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Service Information

The purchased service is a chauffeured vehicle rental and transfer service. All features of the service (route, vehicle type, date, time, number of passengers) are stated on the platform and have been presented to the SERVICE RECIPIENT before payment.

3. Service Fee

The service fee is calculated based on route, vehicle type, and additional services. All prices are shown including VAT. If installment payment is selected, the total amount and monthly installment amount are separately stated on the payment page. Payment is made by credit card using the 3D Secure protocol.

4. Service Execution

The service is provided by chauffeured vehicle from the specified pickup point to the drop-off point on the date and time stated in the reservation. The driver meets the passenger at the pickup point. Flight tracking is performed for airport transfers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 53 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation; there is no right of withdrawal for vehicle rental services that must be performed on a specific date. Chauffeured vehicle rental and transfer services are evaluated within this scope.

6. Cancellation Terms

Although there is no right of withdrawal, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before: No refund
  • No-show: No refund
  • Documented flight cancellation: Full refund or free date change

7. Complaints and Appeals

You can submit your complaints and appeals regarding the service to info@yolcugo.com. You may also apply to the Ministry of Commerce consumer complaint lines and consumer arbitration committees.

8. Protection of Personal Data

9. Approval

This Pre-Information Form has been read and approved electronically by the SERVICE RECIPIENT before the payment transaction.
