The refund and cancellation terms for transfer reservations made through the YolcuGo platform are set out below. Since drivers and vehicles are allocated in advance, late cancellations incur irrecoverable operational costs.

Requests for date, time, or route changes are subject to supplier approval and evaluated based on availability. If modification is not possible, the existing cancellation terms apply.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, road closures, epidemics, strikes, and similar unforeseeable circumstances, a full refund or alternative date/route is offered. No deductions are applied in such cases.
Pursuant to Article 53 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for vehicle rental services that must be performed on a specific date. Chauffeured vehicle rental and transfer services are evaluated within this scope. However, the cancellation terms stated above remain valid.
YolcuGo is not the party that directly provides the transfer service; it is an intermediary platform that connects independent suppliers with passengers. Refund and cancellation requests are processed by YolcuGo; however, the responsibility for the execution of the transfer service lies with the supplier.
