Refund & Cancellation Policy

The refund and cancellation terms for transfer reservations made through the YolcuGo platform are set out below. Since drivers and vehicles are allocated in advance, late cancellations incur irrecoverable operational costs.

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation requests are evaluated based on the time remaining before the transfer:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before transfer time: Full refund of the amount paid
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before transfer time: 75% refund of the amount paid
  • Cancellations made 12–24 hours before transfer time: 50% refund of the amount paid
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before transfer time: No refund
  • Failure to appear at the pickup point at the designated time (no-show): No refund
  • In case of documented flight cancellation or significant delay: Full refund or free date change

2. Refund Process

Cancellation and refund requests are processed as follows:

  • Cancellation requests can be made through the platform or by email to info@yolcugo.com
  • The refund amount is credited back to the credit card or bank account used for payment
  • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the approval of the request
  • The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's refund process

3. Modification Requests

Requests for date, time, or route changes are subject to supplier approval and evaluated based on availability. If modification is not possible, the existing cancellation terms apply.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, road closures, epidemics, strikes, and similar unforeseeable circumstances, a full refund or alternative date/route is offered. No deductions are applied in such cases.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 53 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for vehicle rental services that must be performed on a specific date. Chauffeured vehicle rental and transfer services are evaluated within this scope. However, the cancellation terms stated above remain valid.

6. Platform's Role

YolcuGo is not the party that directly provides the transfer service; it is an intermediary platform that connects independent suppliers with passengers. Refund and cancellation requests are processed by YolcuGo; however, the responsibility for the execution of the transfer service lies with the supplier.
