YolcuGo provides transfer services in all 81 provinces of Turkey. We have an extensive service network especially in Istanbul Airport (IST), Antalya Airport (AYT), Izmir, Ankara and Bursa. Professional transfer services are available for all airports and city centers.
Making a transfer reservation with YolcuGo is very easy: 1) Create an account or log in, 2) Enter departure and destination points, date and time information, 3) The system offers you affordable and quality supplier options, 4) Enter passenger information (multiple passenger addition is available for corporate reservations), 5) Confirm the reservation and complete the payment. The entire process is completed online in 5 minutes. Reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email and SMS.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Cancellation conditions are notified to you during reservation. Generally, refunds are made for cancellations made 24 hours before the transfer date. You can cancel through the platform or through our customer service.
Yes, you can modify your reservation. You can change the date, time, location or vehicle type through the platform or through our customer service. Your change request is forwarded to the supplier and updated after approval.
YolcuGo works with a volume-based commission model. There is no monthly fixed fee or setup fee - you only pay for completed transfers. Prices vary according to distance, vehicle type (economy sedan, comfortable minivan, luxury VIP), number of passengers and season. We offer a transparent and fair pricing system.

Yes, special pricing packages and volume-based discounts are available for corporate customers. We offer special price quotes according to your monthly transfer volume. There is no setup fee and you get more advantageous prices as your transfer volume increases.
YolcuGo transfer service is the most reliable and comfortable option for transportation from Istanbul Airport to the city center. We offer 24/7 service with private chauffeur vehicles. You can plan your trip with real-time GPS tracking by making your reservation online. Average time: 45-60 minutes to city center. Your driver will wait for you with a welcome sign.
We offer free waiting time for flight delays. 90 minutes free waiting time for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights. In case of delay, your driver will wait for you. When you update your flight information, the system automatically notifies the driver.
Yes, for all airport transfers, your driver will wait for you with a welcome sign with your name. In addition, driver information, vehicle license plate and contact number will be sent to you via SMS and email. On the transfer day, you can also see the driver's location with real-time GPS tracking.
YolcuGo offers easy integration with RESTful API. Travel agencies can make direct reservations from their own systems or use our web portal. For API integration: 1) Get an API key in the test environment (sandbox), 2) Review the Swagger documentation, 3) Make API calls from your own system. Technical documentation, Postman collection and 24/7 technical support are provided. The test environment is free and you can try all features without real money transfer.
Basic integration can take 1-2 weeks, with advanced features (multi-supplier management, automatic reconciliation, reporting) it can take 4-6 weeks. It varies according to your technical expertise level. Our technical support team will help you during the integration process. Special SDKs are available for PHP, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js.
Since it is a RESTful API, all modern programming languages are supported. We have special SDKs for PHP, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js. API documentation is provided in Swagger format and the test environment (sandbox) is free.

YolcuGo offers corporate customers central reservation system, budget management (department and project based), reporting, policy control (automatic application of company transfer policies) and automatic reconciliation features. Absolutely! In addition to TURSAB certified suppliers available on YolcuGo, you can also define and use your existing own suppliers in the system. You can add the transfer companies you already work with to the YolcuGo platform and manage all your suppliers from a single platform. The platform allows you to manage both YolcuGo's approved suppliers and your own suppliers from a single center. This way, while maintaining your existing supplier relationships, you benefit from the platform's reporting, tracking and reconciliation features. You can easily track and manage suppliers by using YolcuGo as a transfer gateway.
Yes, YolcuGo offers group transfer service. You can make multiple vehicle reservations for conferences, meetings, events and organizations. Special pricing and coordination service is available for groups of 20+ people. We have extensive experience in popular destinations such as Antalya and Istanbul. We offer central management and tracking for group transfers.
Yes, YolcuGo platform offers real-time GPS tracking feature. When your reservation is active, you can track the vehicle and driver's location live, see the estimated arrival time and communicate directly with the driver. Detailed driving statistics are automatically generated after each transfer. You can see metrics such as speed, brake usage, sudden maneuvers and monitor how comfortable a service your suppliers provide to your customers. Quality control is provided with driver performance analysis, vehicle usage reports and customer evaluations.

Yes, YolcuGo offers flexible policy and limit management features for corporate customers. You can set policies such as maximum transfer amount per transaction and monthly total spending limits for your employees. These limits can be defined on a per-person or title-based basis. For example, you can set higher limits for managers and lower limits for employees. The system automatically checks for limit violations and activates necessary approval mechanisms. This way, you can manage your transfer expenses while maintaining budget control.
Yes, after the transfer is completed, all driving data during the journey is analyzed in detail and can be displayed temporally on the map. Security events such as hard acceleration, hard braking, sudden turns, and high speed are marked on the map and shown with timestamps. This way, you can evaluate driving quality, detect security violations, and monitor your suppliers' performance. All this data is stored in the reporting system and you can perform comparative analysis.
Payments can be made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, and Amex card brands are supported. All payments are processed through the Garanti BBVA infrastructure with 3D Secure protection. An open-account (current account) payment option is also available for corporate clients.
Yes, installment payments can be made by credit card. The installment options offered by the bank are displayed based on your card details. The number of installments, monthly amount, and total amount are calculated and shown at the payment step.
All credit card payments are processed through the Garanti BBVA Virtual POS infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are not stored on the platform — only the last 4 digits and card brand are recorded. The site connection is protected with HTTPS encryption, and security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options) are applied.
Yes, individual or corporate invoice options are available at the payment step. For corporate invoices, you can enter the company name, tax number (11 digits), and tax office information.
Yes, in addition to point-to-point and round-trip transfer options, an hourly rental service is also offered. Rental packages of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, or 48 hours are available.
Yes, you can create a round-trip transfer booking in a single transaction. The outbound and return transfers are linked by the system, and a separate PNR number is assigned to each.
Yes, you can add up to 3 intermediate stops to the route for point-to-point transfers. The route is automatically calculated by entering the location details for each stop.
A booking must be made at least 2 hours before the transfer time. This lead time is required for the supplier to assign a vehicle and driver.
For the lead passenger, name, surname, phone number, email address, and ID number (11-digit TC ID number for Turkish citizens, passport number for foreign passengers) are required. Additional passengers can be added with the same details. Flight number and notes fields are optional.
Provided it is at least 1 hour before the transfer time, you can change the transfer time, flight number, notes, and passenger details. The vehicle type, departure, and arrival points cannot be changed.
You can apply by filling out the contact form or reaching out to us directly. After the approval process, you will be granted access to the operations panel where you can manage your fleet, drivers, price lists, and operations.
From the operations panel, you can add your vehicles (sedan, minivan, VIP, minibus, etc.), upload photos, define your drivers, and assign them to vehicles. A bulk vehicle and driver import feature is also available.
From the operations panel, you can create custom price lists for different clients, duplicate existing price lists, and assign them to specific clients. Pricing can be configured as a fixed route price, zone-based price, or dynamic pricing based on distance/time.
From the operations panel, you can define extra services such as meet-and-greet, child seat, highway toll, and intermediate stop. For each extra service, you can set a name, description, price, and an optional VAT rate.
The transfer process goes through the following stages: New Transfer → Awaiting Supplier Assignment → Awaiting Confirmation → Confirmed → Awaiting Driver Assignment → Ready to Travel → En Route → Passenger Picked Up → Passenger Dropped Off → Completed. Automatic notifications are sent to the relevant parties at each stage.
SMS, email, push notification, and WhatsApp channels are active. Automatic notifications are sent when a transfer is created, confirmed, a driver is assigned, the driver departs, the passenger is picked up, and the transfer is completed.
The driver's location is recorded in real time via GPS and updated at 5-second intervals. Using your PNR number, you can track the vehicle's current location, speed, and direction on the map through the platform.
Clients with API integration can define a webhook endpoint from the operations panel. Automatic HTTP notifications are sent to your system on TransferCreated, TransferUpdated, TransferStatusChanged, and DriverAssigned events. HMAC-SHA256 signature verification is applied for security, and failed deliveries are automatically retried.
A summary dashboard (total transfers, status distribution), date-based transfer chart (grouped by day/week/month), most-used routes, cost-center-based expenditure report, user-based expenditure report, and status distribution reports are available. All reports can be exported in Excel format.
Corporate clients can create cost centers by department or project. During booking, the relevant cost center is selected and the transfer expenditure is assigned to that unit. You can view cost-center-based expenditure breakdowns on the reporting screen.
A reconciliation record is created for client-supplier pairs from the operations panel. The system automatically matches the relevant transfers and calculates the client balance, supplier balance, commission total, and net amount. The reconciliation is finalized through approval, rejection, or dispute stages. Invoices can be attached to finalized reconciliations and accounting records can be generated automatically.
Suppliers can obtain a customized booking site under their own brand on the YolcuGo infrastructure. The site can be fully personalized with a custom logo, favicon, brand colors, contact information, social media links, and custom content blocks (hero, services, about us, gallery).
The platform supports Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), and Russian Ruble (RUB). Exchange rates are managed by the system, and prices can be automatically displayed in the relevant currency based on the user's language preference.
The platform is available in Turkish, English, German, and Russian. The entire interface, notifications, and support content are provided in these four languages.
The platform implements role-based access control. SuperAdmin, client manager, operations user, supplier, and driver roles are available. Customizable permission groups (bookings, staff, vehicles, accounting, reconciliation, settings) can be defined for each role. Additional permissions can also be assigned on a per-user basis.
Yes. The platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture — each client can only access their own data, with isolation enforced at the database query level. Payment information is processed in a PCI-compliant manner (full card numbers are never stored). JWT-based authentication, HTTPS encryption, security headers, and KVKK-compliant data processing policies are applied.
