Plugin privacy notice
This notice explains the data flow of YolcuGo – Airport Transfers, provided by YolcuGo Teknoloji A.Ş., and supplements the YolcuGo privacy policy.
Information used
The plugin processes place-search text, pickup and drop-off names, coordinates and place IDs, pickup date and time, currency, and optional passenger and baggage counts. These are used to find locations, retrieve live prices and filter vehicles by capacity.
Where information goes
Location searches and the route and pickup time are sent to the YolcuGo API. The resulting locations, vehicles, prices and conditions are returned to ChatGPT to answer your request. Passenger and baggage counts are used by the plugin to filter results.
Access and hosting
The price-search plugin is hosted through OpenAI Sites, which authenticates access. It checks the platform-provided user identifier but does not forward your ChatGPT user identifier, session cookies or access token to the YolcuGo price API. These introduction and privacy pages are hosted on the YolcuGo website.
Quote records
YolcuGo does not log price or availability queries that do not become reservations as quote records. The plugin itself has no query database or analytics history. This does not mean that your ChatGPT conversation or all infrastructure access and security records are deleted. OpenAI processing and retention depend on its applicable terms, privacy information and account settings. Cookies and visitor data on this website are covered by YolcuGo’s general policies.
Bookings and payments
The plugin does not create or cancel bookings or process payments. It does not request card details, passenger names, phone numbers or identity documents. If you separately book on YolcuGo.com, YolcuGo’s privacy policy and booking terms apply.
