Istanbul Airport has an integrated terminal structure that handles both domestic and international flights under one roof. Domestic and international passengers are directed to separate areas through different gates.

Depending on traffic, it takes an average of 45-60 minutes to the Taksim/Beşiktaş areas, and 60-80 minutes to Asian side destinations like Ataşehir/Kadıköy via the Eurasia Tunnel or the Bosphorus bridge.

The meeting point for international passengers is in front of the Arrivals exit gate. YolcuGo drivers wait in the waiting area with a name sign. Driver details and the vehicle plate number are sent by SMS in advance.

On the YolcuGo platform, waiting time and policy can be defined per supplier. Generally, no extra waiting fee is charged for flight delays; the policy is clearly shown at the time of booking.

Options include the M11 metro line (~30 min to Gayrettepe), Havaist buses (to Taksim, Kadıköy, Bakırköy, etc.), İETT municipal buses (lines H-1, H-2, H-3, etc.), taxis (orange/blue/black class) and private transfers. Private transfer is the most comfortable door-to-door option.

Taxis run on the meter and fares vary with traffic. Private transfers have fixed prices, are pre-booked, and the driver waits at Arrivals with a name sign. Especially for late-night flights and larger groups, private transfers are more reliable and cost-predictable.

The M11 metro is economical and fast (~30 min to Gayrettepe) but may require transfers and carrying luggage can be challenging. Private transfers go directly to your hotel, have no luggage limits and operate 24/7. For families or business trips, private transfers are more comfortable.
